The Biobase freeze dryer (square-chamber design) is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and utilizes a silicone oil circulation system for heating and cooling, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across the shelves. Once thermal equilibrium is reached, the temperature variation across the shelves is no more than 1 °C. The cold trap can reach temperatures as low as −80 °C. This unit is suitable for processing samples containing organic solvents, as well as for various drying and preparation applications (such as in the food industry, dehydration processes, soil sample preparation, etc.).
